Cosy Homes

We had the pleasure of showing Social Development and Employment Minister Carmel Sepuloni around our production site yesterday during her visit to Christchurch, accompanied by MSD's Regional Commissioner Dianne McDermott and Canterbury Labour Market Manager Regan Jackson.

They were particularly interested in our affordable housing solutions, our accessible house designs for the disabled, and our hiring of young people and those affected by Covid redundancies.

We have been offering building consents for a year now and have been streamlining the process to make it as painless as possible for you. The building consent and Certificate of Code Compliance for your Cosy Home can be transferred to any council in New Zealand.
